Kimberley Drain

Kimberley has delivered corporate wellbeing workshops for organisations such as The White Company, Molton & Brown and The Princes Trust as well as being a finalist for the Biz Woman Awards 2023 in the Health and Wellness category. Kimberley has a Masters degree in Audiology, a Degree in Biology with Biomedicine and a background in the NHS.

With support from The Princes Trust in 2018 Kimberley launched Nourish Northern Mamas Ltd – a wellbeing events business drawing from her own personal experiences of postnatal anxiety and promoting the benefits of engaging in social activities to improve self care and self kindness.

In 2023 she joined Community Interest Company Self Care Creatives CIC as a director and delivers community centred projects to upskill participants in Vision Board Workshops and Journaling (alongside expert led Thread Journaling and mindful embroidery workshops).
