Break The Cycle: How to rewrite the relationship patterns you inherited (workshop)
About the event
Our relationship patterns are shaped by the dynamics we observe and experience in early life. We learn about love, trust, conflict, and intimacy by watching our caregivers and internalising their behaviours. These early scripts become blueprints for how we relate to others, seek connection, and handle emotional needs.
Our childhood bonds influence how we navigate closeness and independence, often replaying familiar patterns in adult relationships, for better or worse. These stories from our past shape how and who we love.
In this workshop, you will examine your own relationship patterns, identifying where they might have originated, and finding new ways to rewrite the story so you can have deeper, healthier relationships.
