Inner Child Reparenting: Becoming the parent you wish you’d had (workshop)
About the event
Inner child reparenting is an act of courage and self-compassion. It’s recognising the wounded parts of yourself—the fears, the unmet needs, the stories you learned to survive—and showing up with the love and care you didn’t receive. Reparenting means saying to yourself, “You are safe, you are loved, you belong,” and choosing to believe it, even when it feels hard. It’s not about erasing the past; it’s about rewriting your present with kindness and connection. This work isn’t easy, but it’s transformative. By nurturing your inner child, you reclaim your worth, heal old wounds, and build the foundation for wholehearted living.
In this workshop, Gail Evans will help you to reparent your inner child so you can come home to yourself and find true belonging within.
