Misunderstood: How to respond, not react, when your family pushes your buttons
About the event
Our families know how to push our buttons because they probably installed some of them!
They know our vulnerabilities, past hurts, and deep fears and they can trigger emotional reactions rooted in our childhood experiences. The people closest to us are often mirrors, reflecting our vulnerabilities, insecurities, and unresolved wounds. We expect unconditional love and support from our families, yet sometimes, unresolved issues or expectations can lead us to feeling misunderstood and disconnected from eachother.
In this workshop, you will learn to ‘cope ahead’ so you can respond, not react, when family conflict pushes your buttons.
