The Exhale Team
We are the production team behind the award-winning Good Grief Festival, led by Good Grief’s event director Aisling Mustan.
Founded by Dr Lucy Selman in 2020, Good Grief has supported 30,000 people who are grieving, providing knowledge, tools and resources, as well as a virtual community where people feel less alone in their grief.
Exhale builds on everything we’ve learned from Good Grief, applying it to the wider context of mental wellbeing.
