Josh’s mission is to guide people to gain deeper insights into their inner worlds, and he is one of the UK’s most influential mental health advocates. He regularly contributes to BBC, ITV and Channel 5 news and has spoken in the House of Commons on mental health policy. He runs resilience workshops for village schools and global brands alike and is an ambassador for Nacoa – a national charity supporting people affected by a parent’s drinking.
