In this talk with stress expert Dr Ritz, we will examine the deep roots of stress including why we overburden ourselves in the first place and how feeling stressed has actually become the ‘comfort zone’ for many of us. We will look at tools and strategies that will help you to put yourself first and gradually recalibrate the beliefs that have kept you trapped in your stress cycle until now.
