About Your Facilitator

Nikkie Windsor is a Certified Nutritionist, Health and Breathwork Coach, and founder of Jungle Goddess. She was awarded Gut Health Specialist of the Year in the 2025 SME UK Enterprise Awards.

Nikkie helps people to move from gut chaos to relief, vitality, and confidence: naturally, holistically, powerfully. She works with people who feel anxious, out of control, and worn down by gut problems, fatigue, and body changes they can’t explain.

Nikkie’s approach is rooted in lived experience – navigating Crohn’s disease led her to leave a corporate career and spend over a decade living off-grid in the Costa Rican jungle. There, she learned to ferment, founded a fermented food and drink business, and developed a range of gluten- and grain-free products for people with food sensitivities.
