In this workshop with inner child expert Gail Evans, you will:
- Recognise the wounded parts of yourself – the fears, the unmet needs, the stories you learned to survive.
- Learn to provide the love and care you didn’t receive in the past.
- Provide a safe home for your small self so you can welcome in your playfulness.
- Recognise when your inner child is running the show so you can gently take back control.
