How to Grieve for Living Losses: Healing Heartbreak and Disappointment

About the event
Not all grief is about death. Sometimes we grieve the things we’ve lost or never had, the versions of a life we imagined, the relationships that ended, or the parts of ourselves we had to let go just to exist. These are living losses: quiet, often unrecognised, but just as real and painful.
In this masterclass, grief expert Dr. Chloe Paidoussis-Mitchell will help you to name what hurts, hold space for your own experience, and begin the process of healing; without rushing, fixing, or minimising your feelings.
You will learn to allow the grief that is vital for your growth and development. The grief that will lead you to your next chapter.
