Exhale is designed to help you forge your own unique path towards happiness, meaning and connection.
We provide an incredible programme of talks, workshops and masterclasses with world-class experts; and we support you to build trust in your own inner wisdom.
You will come away with a brand new set of insights, tools and strategies to help you begin a new chapter in your life.
Because this isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new…it’s about exhaling and coming home to who you’ve always been.
When we began to dream of Exhale, we wanted a symbol which represented our values in a beautiful and natural way. The sunflower perfectly represents everything that Exhale is about – courage, inner strength, hope and community.
Sunflowers can grow in harsh weather and poor soil with limited resources. They remind us that no matter how tough the circumstances, we all have the inner strength to rise above and thrive.
Young sunflowers track the sun’s movement and turn to face it as it moves across the sky. This reminds us that we can always find some light, even in the darkest times.
The centre of the sunflower is actually made up of two thousand smaller flowers. This symbolises community, connection and shared experience.
Exhale also acknowledges that we live in an increasingly complex, demanding world.
Struggling to be happy and well in a world that seems hellbent on breaking us is not a sign of weakness. Our modern lives move at breakneck speed and millions of us have mental whiplash as a result. More than anything, we want you to know that you are not alone in this.
You will learn from world leading experts in the fields of mental and emotional wellbeing including therapists, coaches, behavioural scientists, best-selling authors, TED speakers, neuroscientists, podcasters and academic researchers.
We are a small team of people who are passionate about helping you to find your own unique path towards happiness, meaning and connection. Our director Aisling Mustan has helped to create a number of successful events built around mental and emotional wellbeing including Good Grief Festival, Wild & Well and the National Day of Reflection. The Exhale team is made up of Katrin and Gemma on event production, Zeina and Lara on marketing and comms and Cameron on tech management.
