Alison is a leadership coach, trainer & mindfulness teacher who specialises in resilience and burnout recovery. She is passionate about supporting mental health both in the workplace and beyond, with a deep understanding of how wellbeing influences performance and the ability to realise one’s full potential. At the heart of her work is a commitment to helping clients develop the inner tools they need to navigate stress, overwhelm, and difficult emotions with a greater sense of ease.
