Berlina Procter

Berlina is a psychological wellbeing practitioner, coach and mentor. She is dedicated to helping others find their path to a happier life.

Berlina’s approach involves the following process:

1. Understanding Myself – the what, the when, the why, the when and where and with who.

2. Identifying Challenges – pinpointing the main difficulties and understanding what’s keeping them going through a series of questions and jotting things down.

3. Setting smart goals – creating specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely goals.

4. Recognising barriers – identifying any obstacles that might get in the way.

5. Embracing change – understanding why now is the right time for change.

Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Interventions, Level 5 ILM certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, BSC HONS in Health Studies
