As a Trauma Informed ADHD Coach and Neurodiversity trainer, Catri is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has been helping individuals and world renowned organisations such as Oxford University and lululemon with their personal and professional wellbeing and growth for 7+ years now.
As well as amassing 30k downloads on her podcast The Curiosity Club, Catri regularly shares her lived experience, expert knowledge and debunks myths around neurodiversity in publications like Cosmopolitan Magazine, Newsweek, Metro, Newsweek and more. After being diagnosed with ADHD aged 33, she’s on a mission to show the world the value in neurodiversity, to celebrate different ways of thinking and to create better environments where all neurotypes can thrive through her 1:1 and group coaching packages, courses, talks and workshops.
