Harriet Minter
Harriet is a powerful and compassionate coach, who spent the first half of her career working in media before transitioning to leadership development. She is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster who started her career at The Guardian before launching a national radio show and writing two books about the future of work. She trained as a coach in 2016 and has worked with hundreds of clients to help them build big, bold lives. She has worked around the world with leaders in media, tech and finance, helping them create careers that energise them and coaching them to step into their true power as a leader. As a coach she holds an empathetic but challenging space for her clients, championing them and believing in their brilliance until they start to do so too.
As well as her work as a coach, she leads workshops and training to create high-performing teams whose behaviours are rooted in trust and collaboration. Combining the latest neuroscience with embodiment techniques, strategic thought and practical application, she helps the leaders she works with build teams that know and live their values.
Harriet writes about diversity, women and the future of work for various publications including The Financial Times, The Telegraph and The Times. She has a column in Psychologies magazine and has given two TED talks and published two books – the first on leadership lessons and the second on building a career while hybrid working.
