Katie is a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Level II Reiki Practitioner. Katie battled with her own mental health for most of her twenties. She experienced first-hand the toll that anxiety and chronic stress can have on the mind and body. Unable to set boundaries and say no, Katie needed to people please to feel loved. Shame ruled her life telling her that she was unworthy and a failure. Feeling constantly drained and lacking in confidence, Katie has learned to live another way.
Katie loves sharing the gift of breathwork and reiki with others. She offers genuine help in healing anxiety. Katie uses an array of alternative therapies to help you reconnect with yourself so you can truly feel worthy, empowered, and confident. You’ll stop searching for happiness; instead, you’ll experience it firsthand and start living it. Her practice focuses on reconnecting you with your body. By reconnecting to your body you reconnect to yourself and who you truly are. Your mind will become quiet as you bring yourself into the present moment. Katie incorporates alternative therapies such as transformative breathwork, Usui Reiki, guided meditation, journal prompts and mindfulness practices. These alternative therapies alleviate the symptoms that have been causing your anxiety and help you reconnect with yourself.
