Lauren Low
Lauren Low is the Creative Engagement Lead at the College of Modern Anxiety and a passionate Applied Theatre Practitioner. With a background in creating brave, imaginative spaces for public dialogue, Lauren brings curiosity, care, and creative flair to every room they’re in.
As a Public Engagement Officer for the Royal Society, they specialise in making complex ideas feel human and accessible, whether through performance, conversation, or playful provocation. Their work invites people to feel more connected: to themselves, to each other, and the messy brilliance of the world around them.
Lauren believes that creativity isn’t a luxury; it’s a survival skill. And they’re here to help us all remember how to use it.
