Ruth Cooper-Dickson is a positive psychology practitioner, trauma-informed wellbeing coach, and certified breath-work facilitator. As founder of her own consultancy, she helps individuals and organisations turn pain into purpose, fostering healthy, high-performing environments grounded in care.
