What is Exhale?
Exhale is a new festival helping people to navigate life’s challenges and changes with newfound strength and wisdom.
Our programme is built around the challenges we face everyday in our inner and outer worlds. These challenges will be different for every person so our focus is on empowering you to develop a roadmap for navigating the unique circumstances of your life.
We’ve been working on Exhale for five years now – putting huge thought into creating a festival that would help people to grow through what they go through so they can live life to its fullest.
We will present a packed programme of events where you will explore insights, tools and strategies with world leading experts in the fields of mental and emotional health including therapists, behavioural scientists, best-selling authors, TED speakers, neuroscience experts, podcasters and academic researchers.
The Team
We are the production team behind the award-winning Good Grief Festival, led by Good Grief’s event director Aisling Mustan. Founded by Dr Lucy Selman in 2020, Good Grief has supported 30,000 people who are grieving, providing knowledge, tools and resources, as well as a virtual community where people feel less alone in their grief.
