We have an incredible programme of 40+ talks, workshops and masterclasses with world-class speakers including David Larbi, Tj Power, Gaby Roslin, Deb Dana, Dr. Ritz Birah, Annalie Howling and Abby Rawlinson.

Exhale Festival is a flagship event for Brighton Wellness Festival – the UK’s first city-wide wellness festival.
Our in-person festival in Brighton will take place at a beautiful venue in the heart of Brighton, just five minutes walk from the beach.
The festival will take place over three floors with multiple spaces for you to immerse yourself in.
