Your body has been your constant companion. It’s carried you through the chaos and the calm, through joy, loss, love, growth, and yet, how often do we meet it with kindness?
In a world full of impossible ideals and endless “fixes,” it’s easy to forget that your body doesn’t need to be earned, improved, or perfected to deserve love.
This session is a gentle invitation to pause and reconnect. Together, we’ll:

✨ Unravel the stories we’ve been told about how we should look or feel
✨ Learn small, simple practices to feel more at home in your own skin
✨ Celebrate your body not for how it looks, but for all it allows you to experience
There’s no agenda here, no hustle to “get it right.” Instead, we’ll create a soft space to notice, feel, and listen – with curiosity, kindness, and maybe even a bit of humour along the way.
Because befriending your body isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about remembering you were never broken in the first place.
