Death to the Good Girl: Stop pleasing everyone and start living for YOU!

About the event
She’s kind. She’s selfless. She never causes a fuss.
…and she’s completely exhausted and disconnected from herself.
In this powerful workshop led by Jennifer Cox and Mari Kennedy you will lay the “good girl” narrative to rest, once and for all. Together, we’ll explore the quiet (and not-so-quiet) ways we shrink ourselves to keep others happy, and what it really takes to live life on your terms.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of why self-sacrifice feels so safe (and so draining), plus the tools to gently start choosing yourself. No more shape-shifting. No more second-guessing.
This is just the beginning of a life that feels fully, unapologetically yours.
