How to Befriend Your ‘Worst’ Parts with Internal Family Systems

About the event
Judgemental. Greedy. Lazy. Selfish. Jealous.
We all have parts of our personalities that we reject and repress. The parts we don’t like, or that we think other people won’t like. The parts we’ve always been ashamed of.
But the thing is, these parts are extremely valuable and guess what, we all have them!
In this Internal Family Systems workshop, Dr. Hannah Barraclough will help you to meet these repressed parts with compassion and curiosity so you can allow them to come home.
In this workshop you will:
- Begin a conversation with your ‘worst’ parts and so you can understand their unmet needs.
- Discover their strengths and weaknesses and learn to recognise when they’re running the show.
- Use creative tools to soothe and reintegrate your ‘worst’ parts.
And by welcoming your ‘worst’ parts back from exile, you will open the door to self-acceptance and lasting inner peace.
