Ryan Lakhan-Bunbury is the founder of Calm That Anxiety, a specialist coaching service borne from his lived experience of panic disorder and agoraphobia. He has over a decade of experience coaching leaders in corporate organisations on wellbeing, performance, and emotional resilience and now also supports individuals who have challenges dealing with constant worry, stress and anxiety.
