No Bad Parts:How to Map Your Inner Characters with Internal Family Systems

About the event
We all have parts of ourselves we’d rather avoid: the jealous one, the judgemental one, the one who eats crisps in bed and ghosts their friends (no judgment). But what if those parts weren’t trying to sabotage you…what if they’re actually trying to help?
In this workshop, Dr. Hannah Barraclough will introduce you to the wonderful world of Internal Family Systems (IFS): a powerful and playful therapeutic approach that invites you to meet all your inner parts with curiosity, not criticism.
You will meet and map your unique cast of inner characters, and recognise their strengths and weaknesses, so you can lead a formidable new team with everyone working together.
Come exactly as you are. Bring your inner critics, your avoiders, your “too much”s, we’ll greet them all with compassion, a bit of humour, and the reminder that they’re already welcome.
