The Battle Within: How to broker peace when your inner characters are at war

About the event
Ever feel like there’s a full-on tug-of-war going on inside your head?
One part of you wants to go full steam ahead, take the risk, say the thing, quit the job. Another part slams on the brakes and yells “are you mad?!”
And you? You’re somewhere in the middle, exhausted and confused.
In this workshop, Dr. Hannah Barraclough will help you to meet your internal cast of characters so you can see they’re not trying to ruin your life (even when it feels that way).
In this workshop you will:
- Explore why your inner parts pull in opposite directions, and how to name them with compassion.
- Learn to gently un-blend from your inner characters chatter and actually listen to what they want.
- Cultivate gratitude for all your parts (even the dramatic ones!).
You’ll leave with a little more clarity, a lot more compassion, and a reminder that inside every inner conflict… there’s a whole team just trying to help in the only way they know how.
Because there are no bad parts, just parts that need to be heard.
