The Polyvagal Miracle with Deb Dana: Powerful Tools to Anchor Your Anxious Mind

About the event
We hear a lot about ‘regulating our nervous systems’ but what does that actually mean? And how do we do it?
We are so lucky to have Deb Dana joining us from the USA for Exhale Festival. Deb is a world-renowned expert on Polyvagal Theory and author of Anchored: How to Befriend Your Nervous System with Polyvagal Theory.
Deb will introduce us to the gentle power of Polyvagal Theory, the science of how our nervous system responds to the world around us, and how we can work with it, not against it.
Through practical tools and accessible science, you’ll learn how to:
- Tune into your body’s internal signals (hello, neuroception!)
- Use your vagal brake to regulate overwhelming emotions
- Shift from anxiety to ease, moment by moment
- Create deeper safety and connection in your daily life.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about befriending your nervous system, understanding its signals, and learning how to gently guide it toward calm, connection, and confidence.
