Unmasking You: How to stop performing and discover who you really are

About the event
In this workshop, Jess Frost and Nick Edgar will help you to peel back layers, take the masks off…and get to the heart of the unique, messy, beautiful human being you really are.
Knowing who you really are is a journey of courage and vulnerability. It’s peeling back the layers of who the world expects you to be and embracing the messy, imperfect, beautiful truth of who you already are. It means standing in your worthiness, even when fear whispers that you’re not enough.
True self-awareness comes when we stop numbing, hustling, and proving, and instead ask, “What do I value? What brings me joy? What feels true?”
Knowing yourself isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection: to your heart, your story, and others. When you own your authenticity, you give the world your greatest gift.
