Blown Off Course: Navigating Change + Transition with Wisdom

We all have times in our lives when the worldly winds blow us off course. You might be going through a big transition like moving to a new place or changing career, or experiencing an unexpected loss or change like the end of a relationship, or getting a serious health diagnosis. Throughout our lives, we will find ourselves in the choppy waters of change. These times can be extremely stressful and destabilising, and when they arrive, we need all the tools in our toolkit to weather the storm.

This talk will focus not on our ability to bounce back from life’s ups and downs, but our capacity to truly experience them, mine them for wisdom and weave this new learning into our growth and development so we can flourish as a result of the challenges we experience throughout our lives, not despite them.
