Your Speakers
Nicola Jane Hobbs is a chartered psychologist specializing in the psychology of rest. Nicola is the founder of The Relaxed Woman, a community devoted to supporting women to recover from stress and burnout. Her new book The Relaxed Woman has just been released by Penguin.
Mari Kennedy is a women’s leadership coach and founder of The Celtic Wheel, Radical Wisdom for Contemporary Women. She has spent the last two decades walking the heroine’s journey from exhausted disconnected woman ‘living the dream’ to living more fully alive in the messiness and magnificence of being a woman in the 21st century.
Abby Rawlinson is a psychotherapist and author of Reclaiming You. She supports her clients and 185k Instagram followers to slow down and live with more ease.
